A Fifth Waikato Dragoons Event

Connecting with Potential Members

Engaging with the Community

EXHIBITOR BOOKINGS NOW OPEN FOR 2017

So, what exactly is the Showcase?

For Exhibitors we offer a choice of spaces as part of a seamless flow, to enable best engagement with the diverse range of visitors to the Waikato Show.  We offer something for everyone, as well as opportunities for exhibitors to network.  The more exhibitors, the more vibrant and exciting the Showcase, as displayed by Our Exhibitors 2016.  To find out more download the 2017 Prospectus (pdf 338k), or contact us.

The Clubs & Creativity Showcase is all about local clubs showcasing the phenomenal variety of pastimes, recreations and creative outlets that exist in the Waikato community, in an interactive and engaging way to encourage participation.  Clubs and other groups stand or fall on new members and new opportunities; the Showcase is a way to expose your Club to thousands of people (15,800 in 2016), who have come along to learn about ... YOU!  This is an exciting opportunity to promote your club.

The Showcase is laid out to give a comfortable village atmosphere.  Since the 2015 Showcase, we have featured a Performance Space at the entrance for those clubs with a performance aspect - encouraging people to spend time exploring the many and varied possibilities available to them.  Not to mention the perfect opportunity to see what your club does for real!

Participation is also open to those vital businesses that supply and support our clubs.
